This tab is mainly based on the FD Acoustic Session performance (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vv0csYlLu4U), 
but the basic chords are the same for the studio version as well. Pretty sure the tuning is 100% correct, but 
let me know if you feel there's something missing or you think should be added in. Thanks!

As soon as he starts singing, he uses these chords (I didn't add in the strumming pattern because George's 
playing is really sporadic and because the "correct" way to play it should just be what you think sounds right):

(note: on the second to last chord, he usually adds in an a# on the 8th fret of the high d, but only for a 
few beats before he goes back to the first barre chord)
